Staff were so friendly & welcoming, Nothing was too much trouble! Berra the receptionist was exceptional and always had a smile on her face! Breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked fried eggs & omelettes were delicious. Bonus of an outside pool which we used on a daily basis... Thank you Divan team from room 413!!

Rooms were spacious with a big balcony. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and linens and towels nice and fresh. Buffet breakfast was good with a few options, and we also had lunch at the hotel which was decent and reasonably priced.

This was my second stay in this hotel. No one would stay a second in a hotel if they had a bad experience. This hotel is very good for the price, they have a very good restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and well maintained. In the lobby theres a small 3rd party shop, they have good stuff with reasonable prices as well. The Uludag Teleferik is just 15 mins drive from the hotel.

Pros: 1. Location: It’s the center of Bursa, nothing much is in the center though. 2. Cleanliness: Very well maintained rooms, and clean all areas. 3. Comfortable Accommodation: Spacious rooms, with a great spacious balcony. 4. Breakfast was good since the choice of omelets was available and they were good.

A good hotel that we booked for one night only and got a very attractive deal through Booking.com. Comfortable rooms, good location. If you want to visit the Old Town, need to take a taxi. Our stay was too short to get a more detailed review.

The location of the hotel was convenient for me there is a nice park beside hotel for jogging or walk.. the hotel has a limited parking lots for cars..room were so spacious and sound proof we were not disturbed although hotel was almost full...I tried the hot bath thermal and it was good ..staff were friendly and they speak English well
